Nigerian consulate in Norman
Nigeria keeps no consulate in Norman, and the Consulate General of Nigeria in Atlanta is where the paperwork goes.
Which consulate covers Norman
It makes no difference which office is nearest: Oklahoma is assigned to Atlanta and a file lodged elsewhere does not transfer.
Norman to Atlanta is 865 miles and about 15 h 32 min at the wheel, which puts it 3th of the 3 places this site lists in Oklahoma.
Other Oklahoma places in the same position: Oklahoma City (859 mi), Tulsa (795 mi).
From Norman, without travelling
Start with what can be settled from home:
- A visa application, begun online and finished at a private centre in Houston
- Dual citizenship rules, worth reading before you take the US oath, not after
- National Identification Number, issued by the NIMC and needed before any passport application
nigerianconsulates.us is an independent guide to Nigeria’s consular offices in the United States. We are not the Nigerian Embassy, any Consulate General, or any government body.
We do not book appointments and we do not sell them. Details are checked regularly and can change without notice: confirm with the office before you travel.
