Nigerian consulate in Columbus, Georgia

Nigeria keeps no consulate in Columbus, and the Consulate General of Nigeria in Atlanta is where the paperwork goes.

Which consulate covers Columbus

It makes no difference which office is nearest: Georgia is assigned to Atlanta and a file lodged elsewhere does not transfer.

Count on 125 miles and 2 h 26 min from Columbus. Only 7 of the 10 places in Georgia are closer.

Other Georgia places in the same position: Decatur (18 mi), Marietta (18 mi), Stone Mountain (20 mi).

From Columbus, without travelling

Start with what can be settled from home:

A visa application, begun online and finished at a private centre in Houston
Dual citizenship rules, worth reading before you take the US oath, not after
National Identification Number, issued by the NIMC and needed before any passport application
